Crowdfund Kent returns! The programme is focused on giving local organisations and groups the opportunity to take forward projects and ideas to improve their local area. Along with pledges from local people and the community, Kent County Council has committed £500K of funding to support crowdfunding campaigns as part of this programme. From this funding, campaigns can receive up to £20k per project, up to 50% of their target.
To be in with the chance of a KCC pledge, the deadline for projects to have created their page and pitched to the fund is the 20th of April. Projects will then run their crowdfunding campaigns throughout Spring (April, May, June) in order to hit their target and start delivering from Summer and beyond.
