Tenterden Bowls Club’s plans to build a new clubhouse were noted by the Town Council’s planning committee last night (Monday, 4 January), and will now go to Ashford Borough Council (ABC) for approval under application number 20/01656/AS
Costing around £250,000, the clubhouse will form part of the scheme to re-design the Recreation Ground, and funds have been sought from Tenterden Town Council, ABC, Kent County Council, Sport England, Bowls England and the National Lottery.
